Modern Slavery Statement.

Last reviewed · May 2026

OG Group is a global jewelry house with offices in New York, Jaipur, Hong Kong, and Dubai. We are committed to supply chains and operations free from modern slavery and human trafficking, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable local legislation.

Our Standards

We align with two industry frameworks: the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of Practices for supply chain and human rights due diligence, and the Sedex SMETA framework for labor, health and safety, and business ethics. These are operational commitments, not marketing positions.

Our People

Across our ~1,000-person workforce, we provide fair pay, lawful hours, and safe conditions. We prohibit forced, bonded, or child labor in any form.

Our Supply Chain

We source precious metals, gemstones, diamonds, and finishing materials only from suppliers who meet our responsible sourcing and worker welfare standards, with ongoing due diligence at every tier.

Training & Oversight

Our leadership and supply chain teams are trained on responsible sourcing and risk identification. Practices are reviewed on a continuing basis.

Reporting

Concerns may be reported confidentially to info@orientalgemco.com (subject: "Compliance Report") and will be investigated by senior leadership.
